Matt has 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry. Starting as a construction foreman in the central Arkansas area, he developed the skills and knowledge of construction processes and job management. In 2016 Matt became a partner in Nolan Pools Inc, where he helped grow the company into one of the largest builders in Arkansas. Matt left Nolan Pools in 2019 to join pool equipment manufacturer, Pentair, in a Territory Service Manager position. Working for the industry leader in pool equipment, Matt developed system and technical knowledge needed to confidently and accurately diagnose problems and teach installation methods. In 2023, Matt launched Prairie Pool & Patio to service the Northwest Arkansas area with one of its only custom pool builders.

Matt Nolan, Owner & Founder
Prairie Pool & Patio is a turnkey swimming pool construction company. Your project will
start with a few meetings on site with Matt. We will develop a custom plan, tailored to
each individual customer. A 3D rendering will be created to help you visualize the
space. After all customer, city, and POA approvals are made, construction can begin.
Matt will be on site throughout the entire project. From the initial meeting to the final
walkthrough, Matt will be in constant communication.
